Mark has spent his full real estate career since 2009 working directly with buyers and sellers, helping his clients to either acquire their dream home or sell their home for the most money.
Over the years, Mark has developed a reputation and created great relationships with his clients by focusing on something very simple... providing a RAVING FAN experience. Easier said than done, Mark knows there are a few key pain points home buyers and sellers generally face, and has built his team around solving those problems.

Mark comes from a military family; born in Nova Scotia, and moved between Ontario and Quebec throughout his youth. He met and married his wife in Kingston in 1983, then moved to Ottawa in 1984 for work and to begin to raise his family. After living in both the west and south ends of the city, Mark and his wife chose Orleans as the community to settle down in with their four children.
Before becoming a Realtor in 2009, Mark worked for years in the high tech industry at Cognos and IBM.
His hobbies include downhill skiing, golfing, softball, and playing Grandpa .

Josh started his Real Estate career in 2009 with one of the largest real estate teams in the country in a variety of roles including the marketing of homes, lead generation for home sellers, and successfully building one of the top lead management teams in North America. In 2020, having both had success in their respective real estate careers to that point, Josh and Mark felt the time was right to create a Family Real Estate Team and have been helping Buyers and Sellers together, ever since.
Having been involved in hundreds of transactions, and speaking to thousands of home buyers and sellers over the years, Josh understands the importance of educating home buyers and sellers early on in their journey, and how to lay out the road map to success.
"Many people sit on the fence, or feel overwhlemed by the process of making a move, not knowing where to start or what the roadmap looks like. Honestly, it's easy to feel anxious at the thought of moving. At the same time, it definitely doesn't need to be that way! We have helped hundreds of Buyers and Sellers by helping layout the process, put together a plan, and educate our clients on both the market as well as their options. To me, it's all about helping clients remove the road blocks and allow them to make educated decisions."
Josh was born and raised in Ottawa, and attended Carleton University, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce, before beginning his career in Real Estate. Josh is an avid skier, having ski raced through his youth, and coached alpine ski racing as an adult. These days Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Roxane and their young daughter Isabelle, hoping to get her on skis and a bike in the near future.
